I’m really getting into cooking lately. I’m trying to choose a challenging recipe each week, and so far it has been worth the additional effort. I have nights I’m a bit less motivated than others so I make sure to throw in an easy recipe or two, and I save the most time-intensive recipes for the weekend. Here is what’s on my list this week:


Pakistani Beef Biryani – We made this last night, and subbed cauliflower in for the rice, added carrots and red cabbage, and made some small modifications based on what we had, and it was fan-tastic. I’m salivating over the left-overs.

Mexican Chicken Soup

Vietnamese Chicken Salad

Berry Muffins

Curry Laksa – We’re making this out of our Bowl cookbook, but this one looks nice as well.
