Were actually home for a full week following over a month of on-and-off travel. I’m not sure yet whether I’m relieved or disappointed. I was getting anxious about some projects not moving forward, so I’m sure it will feel good to begin tackling those again. But that travel bug never fades… Here is what I’m making this week:

Keto Buns

Chris had a hamburger the other day and it looked so very delicious. I’m bound and determined to learn to make decent gluten-free bread and buns. We always wing our burger recipes, but we usually add onion, salt, pepper, and egg, and we like them very rare.

Wednesday & Thursday

Lemongrass Soup

I imagine Friday will be some kind of leftover or vegetable & grain bowl with pesto. It’s the day to clean out the fridge!

By the way, I’m on the hunt for some cook books with good, wholesome recipes that rarely use dairy or wheat. Would love suggestions. And anything on learning how to cook. I’m looking to expand my skillset!
